Moored to a floating pontoon meant the Windeward Bound was secure during the huge tides in Darwin. Getting up and down the gangway to the wharf at low tide was another matter!

The Leuwin, from Fremantle, joins the Windeward Bound in a day sail around Darwin Harbour, to the delight of passengers and crew from both vessels.
